During your time with CEW

You will need to commit to attending regular appointments with us, which will include contact with the CEW service every 6-8 weeks over a 12–18 month period.

You will need to commit to making lifestyle changes, which will be tailored to your needs, discussed and agreed with you.

We know that talking about lifestyle, food and weight especially with professionals can be difficult for many of the children, young people and their families that we work with. However, we ask that you are open and honest as possible with us so that we can understand what specific support you may need to live more healthily and to feel happier.

We are a service, which works with a limited number of families. This means that we are only able to work with families who are ready and want to make changes.

We will sign a "Clinic Agreement" together to show commitment to CEW and your healthy journey.

We do aim to make all treatment and interventions easily accessible.  This will include a mixture of face to face appointments, video and telephone appointments as well as online sessions and even off site cooking sessions.
