CEW clinic uses a holistic approach (looking at the full picture) to support you and your family to make long term lifestyle changes. Our three main aims are to:
- Understand the reasons that may have led to weight gain.
- Treat any complications associated with the excess weight and refer onto other services where required.
- Design an individualised holistic management plan. This may include family-based therapy, behavioural coaching, dietary strategies and mental health support among other things.
