I need some additional assistance to attend the hospital, can I get help?
Yes. If you require any further assistance to attend the hospital or these appointments please let us know once you receive your first appointment invite or if a member of the team contacts you. Our Nurse will then call prior to the first appointment to discuss your request.
Can I have an interpreter?
Yes. Please request one prior to your appointment
Is it a confidential service?
All information is treated confidentially. We update your child’s medical consultant and GP with our progress. If we need to discuss what you have told us with anybody else this will be discussed with you first wherever possible.
